发明名称 MULTI-STAGE FLUIDIZED LAYER TYPE REACTION APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus necessitating no auxiliary fluid for falling a powder and making a superficial velocity constant comprising opening particle falling pipes which pierce perforated partition plates of a fluidized layer divided into plural stages in a vertical direction and of which a lower end part is tapered above the lower perforated partition plate respectively. CONSTITUTION:An inside of a shaft shaped container 1 is divided into plural stages by perforated partition plates 5, 6, 7 and each stages are filled with a solid particle respectively to form a multi-stage fluidized layer. Through the partition plates 5, 6, particle falling pipes 11, 12 are respectively pierced and upper end surfaces thereof are fixed to said partition plates so as to be brought in line with surfaces thereof as well as other ends thereof are opposed to the lower partition plates 6, 7. In the above described constitution, if moving layers are respectively formed in insides of the pipes 11, 12 preliminarily by known means, a fluid superficial velocity of a fluid upwardly flowing through the insides of the pipes 11, 12 is made extremely low. Therefore, particles fluidized on upper surfaces of the pipes 11, 12 are fallen and particles of the fluidized layers 8, 9 can be respectively moved to the lower stage layers 9, 10. Because of increment pressure difference generated at both ends of the pipe 11, the fluid superficial velocity of the fluid raising through the inside of the pipe 11 is increased and resistance imparted to the falling fluid is increased and, therefore, a particle amount of the layer is returned to a steady condition.
