PURPOSE:To enable the provision of a measuring apparatus ideal for physical strength test or the like by attaching a zooming adjustor adapted to adjust the dimension on a video picture of a reference length to a specified length to a TV camera with which a required electronic circuit is combined. CONSTITUTION:A zooming adjustor adapted to adjust the dimension on a video picture of a reference length to a specified length. A counter for counting the number of horizontal scanning lines of an video signal of the output, a mean of detecting only measuring section of the signal and a memory circuit are used to compared the largest value in each measurement with the initially set value and the difference between the results is indicated. A dimension on a monitor 5 of a scale 2b on a measuring plate 2 is fixed to a specified length by zooming adjustment of a TV camera 3. The movement of the measuring section 1a when a pars thereof on 1 to be measured jumps vertically is captured with a TV camera. Signals are processed with a signal processing circuit 6 and displayed by an indication circuit 21. |
