PURPOSE:To make the construction of the titled unit simple, to fill always the interior of a dryer with warm air flow with adjusted humidity, and to raise drying efficiency, by making laver sheets of a fixed form put on an endless synthetic resin net with some longitudinal and latitudinal intervals between the sheets. CONSTITUTION:The endless net made 1 of synthetic fibers is moved circularly in such a way that it is transferred horizontally zigzag in the dryer A, and the laver sheets a, a', a'',...are successively made on the net with the longitudinal intervals m and the latitudinal intervals n during the stopping time of the intermittent movement of the net. The dehydrated laver sheets are fed to the dryer A, warm air introduced from the bottom is raised through the meshes of the intervals m and n of the net 1 while being brought into contact with the surface of the laver sheets attached downward to the net just above the warm air, sent from the bottom inlet 7 to the lower box 4 at the lowest position, and humidity- containing warm air is discharged out of the production unit. The warm air sent from the upper duct 3 is brought into contact with the laver sheets and discharged out of the production unit. |
