The sewer-cleaning vehicle is provided with a service-water tank, from which a cleaning hose (13), which is fitted with a sewer nozzle (12) and can be lowered into the sewer to be cleaned, can be actuated by means of a high-pressure pump (22). The vehicle also has a discharge vessel (1), into which there opens a suction line (3) which can be lowered into the sewer to be cleaned, and which can be connected up, by means of a changeover device (25), in order to effect suction operation at the evacuating connection stop and to pump out water at the pressure connection stop of a compressor (23). It is intended that it be possible to refill the service-water tank with water from the discharge vessel. For this purpose, there is provided, between discharge vessel (1) and service-water tank (11), a pump circulation line (20) which can be shut off, can be activated by pressure actuation of the discharge vessel (1) and upstream of which, on the discharge-vessel side, there is provided a filter (39). In order to effect a particularly high degree of cleaning of the service water taken from the discharge vessel (1), a further cleaning device (100) is provided. This contains at least one cyclone (101), the inlet of which is connected to a low-pressure pump (102) which is joined to the service-water tank (11) on the suction side. The outlet (104), for cleaned water, of said cyclone leads to the high-pressure pump (22) actuating the cleaning hose (13). <IMAGE>
