PURPOSE:To improve the frequency-temperature characteristics, by bringing a semicircular trimmer consisting of a dielectric into contact closely with a dielectric resonator. CONSTITUTION:If an adjusting screw member 11 is adjusted to bring a trimmer 10 into contact closely with a dielectric resonator 9 in the side opposite to a strip line 3, the oscillation frequency is maximum and is equal to the resonance frequency of the dielectric resonator 9. When the trimmer 10 is rotated clockwise as shown by an arrow A1, the oscillation frequency is varied linearly and is lower. When the trimmer 10 is rotated furthermore until the chord of the semicircle of the trimmer 10 and the strip line 3 make the right angle, the ocsillation frequency is varied to a minimum. Because of this constitution, the trimmer 10 and the dielectric resonator 9 are always brought into contact closely with each other even if the temperature in the box body is changed. Thus, the frequency is stabilized well against the variation of temperature. |
