PURPOSE:To extend and shrink output characters automatically, by including a control signal designating the size of picture and characters to control information transmitted from an information processor. CONSTITUTION:Control information F0-F7 in 8 bits which designate enlargement and shrinkage of character size are included in transmitted information from an information processor. The F4-F7 are used for the instruction of row- direction n dots and the F0-F3 are for column-direction m dots. D0-D7 are video information and inputted to FIFO buffers M3, 4 via vultiplexers M1, M2, respectively. The output from a buffer M3 is applied to a coincidence circuit M8 from a readout register M6, and it takes coincidence with the count value of dot number to be a control signal from a control circuit M11 to a facsimile device. The data are applied from a register M7 to the facsimile device. Thus, enlargement/shrinkage of characters can be designated from the information processor. |
