<p>PURPOSE:To realize automatic insertion of a variable sentence like an address, the data, etc. into a fixed sentence and to produce a sentence in a simple and highly efficient way, by providing a specific storage means, an insertion indicating means, an extracting means and an inserting means respectively. CONSTITUTION:A storage means 34 that stores the fixed sentence data and one or more variable sentence data which are inserted to the prescribed positions is provided along with an indicating means, e.g., a function key group 30b which indicates the insertion of the variable sentence data to the fixed sentence data. Furthermore an extracting means 35 that selects successively and extracts the information blocks of the variable sentence data in response to the operation of the indicating means is added along with a means, e.g., an insertion control circuit 43 that inserts the information blocks of the variable sentence data extracted by the means 35 to the fixed sentence data so as to print the information blocks along with the fixed sentence data.</p> |
