PURPOSE:To vary the executing speed of a program and at the same time to display the variation of the executing speed on a display, by selecting either one of the high speed, medium speed, low speed and step modes as an execution mode of the program unit. CONSTITUTION:A supervisor 6 discriminates the execution mode of a program based on the program information. In the case of a high speed mode, the corresponding load module is loaded from a load module file 4 to be executed. In case the execution mode is not in a high speed, the program is executed by an interpreter 7. When a command is received from the supervisor 6 to execute the program, the interpreter 7 extracts a sentence of a source program out of a source module file 5 to analize and then execute the sentence. After this, the executed program is sent to a display control routine 8. |
