PURPOSE:To realize a rolling mill to perform a large rolling reduction of stocks with few number of rolling mills by reciprocating a cam plate of a cam mechanism in contacting with a drum part of the rolling mill in the direction of rolling and by rotating the rolling roll between the cam plate and the stocks. CONSTITUTION:A rotating roll rolling mill is provided with the cam plates 4, 4 to move in the rolling direction contacting with the drum part of the rolling rolls 1, 1 the rolls 1, 1 and supporting plates 5, 5 of the cam plates 4,4 are supported on a housing 9 through a pull back mechanism 10 and rolling reduction mechanisms 7, 8. This rolling mill performs the rolling by making the cam plates 4, 4 to perform reciprocating motions 2, 3 in the direction of the rolling through cam plate proceeding mechanisms 6, 6 and rotating the rolls 1, 1 between cam plates 4, 4 and the stocks 14. In this way, the desired rolling mill can be obtained with few number of rolling mills to perform the large rolling reduction and the manufacturing installation lines are realized when a rough rolling mill is constituted with a continuous casting machine, injection molding machine and extruder. |
