Compounds of the formula wherein R1 is optionally substituted alkyl; R2 is hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl; or R1 and R2, together with each other and the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form an optionally substituted cyclic imino group; R3 is an optionally substituted cyclic imino group; and R4 is substituted hydroxyl, mercapto or amino; and non-toxic, pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. The compounds as well as their salts are useful as antithrombotics.
