PURPOSE:To enable a temper rolling, by providing the 2nd pressurized-oil feeding path between a servo-valve and a small-type hydraulic cylinder connected to the side of an actuator, and switching pressurized-oil feeding paths mutually. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd pressurized-oil introducing pipe 10 is provided between a servo-valve 8 and a small-type hydraulic cylinder 9 provided to the side of an actuator 6. In ordinary cold rolling; solenoid valves 11, 12, 13 are positioned at A side and solenoid valves 14, 15, 16 at B side, and are controlled, hereby a pressurized oil from the valve 8 is fed to the actuator 6 through a line-1 pressurized-oil introducing pipe 7a to actuate a screw-down rack 5, by shutting off the flow-path of oil to the cylinder 9, so as to perform the rolling. Next, in temper rolling of small rolling force; the position-controlling is made by switching the positions of valves 11, 12, 13 to the B side and those of valves 14, 15, 16 to the A side so as to perform the temper rolling. |
