Liquid additives for fuel of gasoline-internal combustion engine and diesel engine was composed of MeOH 45, benzene 25, toluene 20, EtOH 5, isobutanol 4.5, KMnO4 0.065, isooctylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol 0.435%, and water 10% (on the basis of total weight), which were homogenized to give fuel additives.
