PURPOSE:To switch and discharge monaural sounds and artificial acoustic images, by switching specifically a sound signal, which is obtained by delaying a monaural signal by a constant time, and a signal, which is not delayed, when the monaural signal is applied to a pair of speakers to discharge sounds. CONSTITUTION:The output of a monaural signal source 1 is supplied to preamplifiers 2 and 3 and a delay circuit 4 which delays the sound signal by a constant time. The output of the amplifier 2 is supplied to a low frequency transformer 6 through a transistor TR5. Outputs of the circuit 4 and the amplifier 3 are supplied to a low frequency transformer 9, which has an intermediate tap in the secondary winding, through a switch 7 and a TR8. Outputs of transformers 6 and 9 are switched by changeover switches 13 and 14 interlocked with the switch 7 and are applied to speakers 10 and 11. When switches 7, 13, and 14 are switched to one side, speakers 10 and 11 output the monaural sound signal; and when these switches are switched to the other side, the output of the transformer 6 drives speakers 10 and 11 in parallel and the output of the transformer 9 drives speakers 10 and 11 in serial with polarities opposite to each other. |
