PURPOSE:To mass-produce electrodes with high size precision excellently by sticking a thin film, which is removable with a washing liquid, to a diamond stylus whose tip is polished rectangularly, and by washing away the thin film after forming an electrode by polishing one corner part. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a diamond stylus is indexed and polished rectangularly and a thin film which is removable by a washing liquid is stuck. Then, one corner part of the diamond stylus is polished into a plane to form an electrode- stuck surface, and after an electrode 3 is formed on the surface, said thin film is peeled and washed away, thereby removing an electrode sticking a surface other than the electrode-stuck surface. For said thin film, epoxy resin, acrylic resin, etc., are used and as the washing liquid, an alkaline solution of, for example,. caustic soda is used. |
