PURPOSE:To prevent the wasteful consumption of chemical liquid by providing chemical liquid vessels consisting of plural non-magnetic materials which are connected to each other by means of inverted U-pipes consisting of non-magnetic materials at above the chemical liquid level and are so disposed as to extend roughly horizontally. CONSTITUTION:With the osmosis treatment device, plural tubular chemical liquid vessels 1 consisting of non-magnetic materials are connected to each other by means of inverted U-pipes 2 likewise consisting of non-magnetic materials at above the chemical liquid level 1a. Further, the inlet parts and outlet parts of the vessels 1 are disposed in a way as to erect respectively from the other parts 1b of the vessels 1, and said parts 1b are formed of U-pipes as horizontal curved pipes. With such constitution, the chemical liquid stuck on a case 3 is returned into the original vessel 1 along the pipe 2 and said outlet port, hence, the device which does not consume the chemical liquid wastefully is obtained. |
