PURPOSE:To obtain a minute gate structure suitable to magnetic bubbles made fine, by providing a current path composed of two parallel conductor paths, etc., formed on different layers along lines connecting respective minor loops and a major loop together. CONSTITUTION:Minor loops 18-1-18-N and a major loop 16 adjoining in common to their ends are provided. A magnetic bubble device like this is provided with current paths 100 and 200 which consist of couples of parallel main conductor paths 101 and 201, and 101' and 201' formed on different layers with an insulating layer between, along lines connecting the minor loops 18 and major loop 16, and closely to the minor loops 18 and major loop 16, and coupling conductor paths 102 and 202, and 102' and 202' which couple the minor-loop-side terminals and major-loop-16 side terminals of the main conductor paths correspond to the different minor loops 18. |
