<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the diameter of atomized particles and to prevent the generation of bubbles by providing a number of coating discharging holes from which a paint arrived at inner periphery of a cylindrical part is discharged by centrifugal force between the inner periphery and the outer periphery of a cylindrical part rotating around a central line. CONSTITUTION:When a rotation shaft 2 rotates at a high speed, a hub member 3 and a paint discharger 9 rotate at a high speed and high DC voltage is applied to the paint discharger 9 which also acts as a charging electrode. When high- pressure air is sent to a pattern adjusting air tube 18, a paint is sent from a supply tube 17. The paint goes to a conical cylinder 11 of rotating discharger 9 through many paint supply holes of the hub member 3, flows on a paint flowing face 12 in a thin film like form due to centrifugal force. Then, it goes into a conical part 13 having a inside turnover 15 and discharged from a number of paint discharging holes 14 divided into threadlike form. Fibrous atomization is then effected and the direction of flying of atomized particles is adjusted by air coming from a spouting hole 19 of the pattern adjusting air tube.</p> |
