PURPOSE:To secure firmly a blade by forming a dent on the blade and one or both of the confronting faces of the blade insert groove and filling the space formed when the blade is inserted into the groove with bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:Dents 6a, 6b and 7a, 7b are formed on wall faces 4a, 4b of a blade insert groove 2 of a body 1 and one or both of wall faces 5a, 5b of a base of a blade 3. The adhesive containing filler is filled as a bonding agent into the space formed by the confronting dents after the blade 3 is inserted into the body 1. After the adhesive hardens, both end faces of a cutter is ground so as to even the faces of the body and the blade. Adhesive, adhesive containing filler, filler including a rigid core such as a pin or a key smaller than the space, and filler including a coil sprig inserted forcibly into the space are used as a bonding material. |
