PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of noise waves between electrodes by dispersing ferrite particles and letting them to stick to at least one discharge surface of either a rotor electrode or a side electrode. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor electrode 10 comes to a position to face a side electrode 3, a spark discharge is generated at a discharge clearance 8 by a high voltage applied to a central electrode. When ferrite particles are dispersed and sticked to the discharge surfaces of the rotor electrode 10 and the side electrode 3, forming a high resistant film 11 over the discharge surfaces, the applied voltage and reverse polarity charge are adhered to the surface of high resistant film 11 of the electrode surface after they are discharged and vanished. As the space charge and reverse polairty voltage are applied to the electrodes 3 and 10 at the next application of voltage, a high electric field is generated between the space caharge and electrodes. A preceding discharge 13 is generated between the electrodes 3 and 10. As a result, the discharge voltage can be reduced and the noise waves generated between the electrodes can be reduced. |
