PURPOSE:To improve build up melt-spraying capacity by making a hole at the center of a parabola mirror for converging laser and spraying the powder for melt-spraying from the hole by shield gas that acts as carring gas. CONSTITUTION:Laser is polarized by a mirror 1 and converged on an object 3 to be melt-sprayed to elevate the temp. of the surface of the object 3 to a high temperature. Powder for melt-spraying such as tungsten, ceramic etc. is preheated in a supplying device 4. On the other hand, an inert shield gas 5 is also heated by a heater 7 and ejected from a melt-spraying nozzle 6 that extends from the hole provided at the center of a parabola mirror 2. Thus, thick melt- spraying film is formed on the surface of the object 3 to be melt-sprayed. |
