PURPOSE:To contrive to improve taste and flavor of a fish meat paste product, by blending a fish meat paste product to be a base with a fish meat paste product in small pieces treated with an acidic solution. CONSTITUTION:A fish meat paste product obtained by blending a fish meat paste product to be a base with a fish meat paste product in a small piece treated with an acidic solution. The fish meat paste product in a small piece has <=2wt.% fat and oil content and the fish meat paste product to be a base preferably has >=3wt.% fat and oil content. Change in physical properties can be enlarged by making the fish meat paste product in a small piece of preferably <=2wt.% fat and oil content and the fish meat paste product to be a base is slightly influenced by the change in physical properties by the acidic solution even if the fish meat paste product to be a base is brought into contact with the fish meat paste product in a small piece by making the fish meat paste product to be a base have >=3wt.% fat and oil content, thereby taste of both the fish meat paste products is varied as much as possible and taste improving effects can be enhanced by adding the fish meat paste product in a small piece. |
