The flow diverter is for a goods flow in a conveyor pipe line operated by a pressure medium, e.g. a pneumatic conveyor used to convey textile materials, e.g. spun material, fibres or flocks. A switch element provides a connection between the feed pipe line and one of several outlet pipe lines. The switch element (2) is formed from a turnable flap section (4) with a cross section formed from a chord of a circle, with plates (6) having their bearing on the side of the wall (5) of the pipe line. The turning axis is located at a distance from the chord (4a) of the flap section.
