<p>A microwave heat cooking device which comprises: a microwave oven which radiates a high frequency wave and dielectrically heats an article to be heated in a heating chamber (2); and a thawing unit made of parallel planar electrodes (13 and 14) detachably mounted in the heating chamber (2) for holding an article (16) to be thawed at thawing time and applying a high frequency wave in the 10MHz band to it and thereby thawing it, wherein refrigerated food can be preferably thawed and cooked without deteriorating its taste or freshness.</p> |
