PURPOSE:To simultaneously work the slanting working surface in plural directions by a laser, by dividing a laser beam into plural beams and irradiating in a prescribed direction of an object to be worked, when working the cut working surface in different inclined angles by irradiation of the laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 3 is aplit to a transmission laser beam 3a and a reflection laser beam 3b by a beam splitter 4. The transmission laser beam 3a is focused by a focusing lens 5, is vertically irradiated onto an object to be worked 1 from a nozzle 6 to cut a beveling part 1a. The reflection laser beam 3b sets a prescribed irradiation angle by a reflecting mirror 7, also is focused by a focusing lens 8, is irradiated onto the object to be worked 1 at a prescribed inclined angle from a nozzle 9, and an inclined cut part 1b and the beveling part 1a are cut at the same time. In this case, said inclined angle is set to an optional angle by turning said reflector 7. |
