<p>PURPOSE:To provide possibility of removing jamming sheets by installing a sensing means on a passage through which sheet with single side copied is transported again to the transcription part via a refeeding part, and inverting the roller in the refeeding part when the sensing means senses jam. CONSTITUTION:A sheet fed from a cassette 20 or 22 passes a sensor switch SW1, and an image on a photo-sensitive drum 1 is transcribed 4, followed by transportation 26 and fixation 28. At the time of multiple copying, sheet is led to guides 32, 33 by a gate 31, and a sensor switch SW4 senses the sheet. Upon passing between guides 41-44, the sheet is sensed by another sensor switch SW3 and transported again to the photo-sensitive drum 1. When jam on the sheet is sensed by the sensor switches SW3, 4 installed on the refeeding path, a transport motor M is inverted to transport the sheet reversely to guide plates 34, 35 by roller couple 49-47. Now the guide plate 35 opens in the direction of arrow with a p in 35a as the center. Thereby the transport path is opened and the jamming sheet can be removed easily.</p> |
