PURPOSE:To improve accuracy for fitting a driven shaft having a taper part on the upper part thereof for tight insertion into a tapered hole to a rotary driving shaft with a tapered hole formed at the lower end thereof by fixing said shafts to each other with a cap screw. CONSTITUTION:A steel rotary driving shaft 1 has male threads 2 on the peripheral surface thereof, starting from the lower end and a tapered hole 3 formed therein. A circular shallow groove 3a is formed on the intermediate part of the internal surface of the tapered hole 3a and the lower part of the groove 3a is provided with a circular O-ring coupling groove 3b. And an O-ring is fitted therein. Also, a driven shaft 4 has a tapered part 5 on the upper end thereof for tight coupling to the tapered hole 3. The driven shaft 4 is coupled to and removed from the rotary driving shaft 1 via a cap screw 7 driven into and loosened from the male threads 2. |
