PURPOSE:To perform desired working to panel parts by use of one cylinder, by turning a post which turning force has been energized in one direction, in the opposite direction, by a cylinder provided between a clamper and a fixed member, and opening and closing the clamper. CONSTITUTION:When a rod 24 is projected by driving a cylinder 23, a post 4 starts to turn in the direction as indicated with an arrow A centering around a pin 3 in a state that contact surfaces 26, 27 are in contact with each other, by spring force of a tension coil spring 19, and contact surfaces 5, 6 come to contact. In this state, panel parts W1 are opposed to a contact surface 7. When the rod 24 is projected continuously, a clamper 12 turns in the direction as indicated with an arrow C against a tension coil spring 28, and contact surfaces 21, 20 come to contact. In this state, panel parts W1, W2 are clamped between the clamper 12 and the post 4. In this state, work such as welding, etc. is performed to the parts W1, W2. In this regard, clamping is released by contracting the rod 24. |
