发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SOLAR CELL PANEL
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce assembly processes and to lower costs and panel thickness by a method wherein the metal electrode of a solar cell is formed and the reflective metal of a liquid crystal indicating substance is simultaneously formed on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode 22 made of SnT2, In2O3 or the like is mounted on the whole surface of a glass sibstrate 21. A part forming an indicating substance and the semiconductor layer 23 of a thin film solar cell made by masking the circumference of glass are formed on the electrode 22. A liquid crystal indicating substance 13 is mounted on the substrate under this status. Aluminium or gold is evaporated on the whole surface by masking the circumference of glass to form the electrode 24 of the solar cell and the reflective metal 28 of the liquid crystal indicating substance as well. In this way, the reduction of the number of component parts, a decrease in assembly hours and the reduction of panel thickness can be realized.
