<p>PURPOSE:To make the total structure of a controller simple and inexpensive by forming an oil tank for an auxiliary cylinder, which limits the forward movement speed of a driven body reciprocated by air, in a configuration of air pressure tank, and by moving backward the auxiliary cylinder with this air pressure. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder chamber 17 of an oil cylinder 13 is connected to a pressure tank 20 via a flow regulating valve 18 and a check valv 19 which are arranged in parallel. The pressure tank 20 is compressed by pressurized air, with its upper portion connected to a pipe 22 via a check valve 21. When an air cylinder 1 is moved forward and a spindle 8 completes a required work, a directional control valve 6 is switched to move the air cylinder backward. At this time, an oil cylinder 13 is supplied with oil by pressurized air in the pressure tank 20 and moved back to its original position.</p> |
