PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a whistle by a receiver provided with a tape recorder, etc., by storing a reception frequency, at which a whistle is generated relating to a frequency of a recording bias, in advance. CONSTITUTION:In a memory in a control part 2, a reception frequency at which a whistle relating to a bias signal (b) is generated is stored in advance. A tuning control signal (c) is supplied from a control part 2 to a tuner part 6 and when the reception frequency is being swept successively and some frequency is received and coincident with the frequency stored in the memory in advance, the control part 2 discriminates it. Then, the control part 2 outputs a switching control signal (d) to change the frequency division ratio of a variable frequency divider 3, thereby switching the frequency of the bias signal (b). Therefore, a low-frequency signal (e) outputted from the tuner part 6 is recorded stably by a tape recorder part 5. Thus, the generation of a whistle is prevented. |
