PURPOSE:To obtain a device which is capable of an assure typamatic operation with a high-speed operation of keys, by performing a typamatic operation while a retriggerable multivibrator is working. CONSTITUTION:A typamatic key is stored only in the specific row Y0 of a key matrix 1 for example in a keyboard input circuit. Then the output given from the row Y0 is sent to an encoder circuit 2 as well as to a retriggerable multivibrator circuit 10. When the typamatic key is pushed, the multivibrator 10 is turned on to transmit a typamatic detection signal TYPON. Thus an oscillating circuit 5 is actuated to perform a typamatic operation. When the typamatic key is released, the multivibrator 10 is turned off to stop the operation of the circuit 5. Thus the typamatic operation is discontinued. |
