PURPOSE:To reduce the abrasion of a head front surface by using an intertrack shielding constituent body consisting of a nonmagnetic conductive plate and a magnetic plate, and a core lamination of a magnetic lamination and a nonmagnetic conductive plate. CONSTITUTION:Between intertrack shielding constituent bodies 2 each constituted by combining nonmagnetic conductive plates 4 of copper, etc., and a magnetic plate 5 together, a core constituent body 1, constituted by sandwiching the plates 4 with about 50mum thickness made of the same material with the nonmagnetic conductive plates 4 at equal intervals between magnetic lamination plates 6 obtained by laminating permalloy plates, etc., with about 25mum thickness is inserted. Consequently, the local abrasion of only the core constituent body is reduced, and an output difference in a tape running direction is reduced. |
