PHI 78-001 GALA/AMS 30-12-1977 Device for selecting values of data elements forming part of a group of data elements comprising an operation means, display means and first register means for registering and delivering values of data elements to said display means; the operation means, dependent upon the time said means is operated, causing the selection of a value of a data element, wherein second register means are provided for registering and delivering to said first register means and to said display means indication information controlling which one of the data elements out of the group of data elements has its turn to let select the value thereof, comprising third means to alter the said indication information on a repeated operation of the operation means so that subsequent data elements out of the group of data elements are got ready to let select the value thereof. Furthermore embodiments of the device are described with a plurality of separate operation means and with an erase feature. Also implementation with a programmable digital signal processor form part of this application.
