PURPOSE:To prevent the congestion of a ground network by a specific incoming call, by selecting only a limited satellite circuit for the call with a specific incoming code by utilizing a demand assign satellite circuit and a detouring function. CONSTITUTION:A call for a specific subscriber 41 generated by a subscriber's exchange 21 is connected to a trunk exchange 31 and then an outgoing route is selected. At the exchange 31, when a specific incoming code A is set as a subscriber-41's one, a satellite circuit 3 is selected as the 1st selected route for the call for the subscriber 41, and if the circuit 3 is engaged, an outgoing route is so selected that a busy tone is connected as call loss. The circuit 3 when free line is acquired and connected to a trunk exchange 34 to be connected to the subscriber 41 through a ground circuit 16. Calls for the subscriber 41 are sent from the exchange 31 to the exchange 34 all through the satellite circuit 3, so the congestion of a ground network is prevented. Further, a satellite terminal station 51 mounted on a car is connected to a subscriber's exchange 22 and a satellite circuit 4 is set between the exchange 31 and terminal station 51 to constitute a circuit economically. |
