PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to apply a high charging potential, by providing a transfer material support body with an insulating layer, and a mesh-shaped layer on its back surface. CONSTITUTION:A transfer paper support body 19' has an external diameter a half as long as the diameter of a photosensitive drum, and the opening part of the support body 19' is greater than the external shape of used transfer paper. On the external circumferential surface of an opening area sectioned by both frame parts 191 and 192 and coupling part 193 of the support body 19', a screen 196 made of 10-50 meshes synthetic resin is provided, and on its external circumferential surface, an insulating film 197 with <=80mum thickness is provided covering the opening surface. As this film 197, an about 20 meshes rough material is used preferably. The coupling part is provided with a locking means 20 of stopping and fixing one edge of transfer paper P. |
