PURPOSE:To eliminate the leakage of a control signal in output terminals to facilitate the device into an IC, by constituting two cross vaiable transformer conductance multipliers and by making phases of signal components to be controlled in output terminals opposite to each other and making phases of leakage components of the control signal equal to each other. CONSTITUTION:The first cross variable transformer conductance multiplier consists of trnsistors TRs 1-4, 9, and 11, and the second cross varaible transformer conductance multiplier consists of TRs 5-8, 10 and 12. Load resistances 15 and 16 are connected to an output terminal 13 to which collectors of TRs 1 and 3 are connected and an output terminal 14 to which collectors of TRs 6 and 8 are connected, respectively. Constant current sources 17-20 are connectd, and a signal source 21 to be controlled and a control signal source 22 are connected. In respect to the difference signal between signals generated in output terminals 13 and 14 of this constitution, output components of the signal to be controlled are twice because of opposite phases, and leakage components of the control signal are cancelled because of the same phase to reduce the leakage of the control signal. Further, the device is made into an IC easily. |
