PURPOSE:To protect an Al metal sheet from corrosion, by forming a protective film, a primer film composed of tetrafluroethylene resin and an enamel film on the surface of the Al metal, and penetrating oil into pinholes in each film. CONSTITUTION:The surfaces of a metal plate 1 such as an Al or Al alloy-made hot plate is formed into a rugged state 2 by sand blasting or the like, and a protective film 3 is formed on the rugged surface by metal spray or ceramics coating. Thereafter, a primer film 4 composed of tetrafluoroethylene resin mixed with polymide resin as a binder is formed, and then an enamel film 5 composed of tetrafluoroethylene resin mixed with a pigment such as carbon is further formed thereon. Vegetable oil, mineral oil or animal oil, e.g. cooking oil or silicone oil, is applied to the enamel film 5 and penetrated into pinholes 6, 7 in the films 4, 5 by heating the metal plate 1. Thus, generation of rust caused by permeation of salt content in a material to be cooked is inhibited. |
