PURPOSE:To prevent the increase in the time difference in samplings between blocks, by alternately sampling video data from video detectors at both ends at every block. CONSTITUTION:Infrared ray scanning data and the like of an object O obtained by a rotary scanning mirror M are detected by individual detectors 1-1, 1-2... in the video detecting device D. As for the video signals S1... from said detectors 1-1..., the signal S1 and S9 and the signals S2 and S8... from the detectors at both ends are alternately smapled for the blocks B1 and B2 through a multiplexer which is controlled by a specified clock signal for every block. The signals S5 and S12 from the detectors at the centers are sampled at the last time. In a comparison with the sampling method wherein the signals S1 and S9 and signals S2 and S10... from the detectors at one end are sampled, the time difference in samplings of the signals S8 and S9 from the detectors at the connecting parts of the blocks A and B is not increased in this method, and the excellent video without flickering can be displayed. |
