PURPOSE:To incinerate toroidal members like tires in a simple safe manner, by feeding toroidal members like tires by a conveyor, and pushing one or more tires into an incinerator at a time in a successive manner. CONSTITUTION:With operation of a drivng means 22, a rubber tire 87 is hooked on a pawl 10 of a lift member 9 and raised to a position where it is engaged with a toroidal member receiving frame 40. Then, the lift member 9 is moved downward while leaving the tire 87 at the position. At the initial position, the lift member 9 is ready for lifting the next tire to the upper position. Upper and lower push rods 29, 30 are provided for pushing the tire 87 away from the frame 40 and fitting the same on the outside of a cylindrical support 63. The tire 87 fitted on the support 63 is ignited by a burning tire that has been previously fitted on the support 63 ad burnt completely with oxygen of air being supplied sufficiently from air inlet ports 70, 73, 78, 83, etc. |
