PURPOSE:To prevent the error caused by the uneven level of an output signal based on the uneven fitting of a signal coil by detecting only two reference crank angle positions from the output of the signal coil. CONSTITUTION:An output signal A is obtained by a signal coil 55, and terms t1 and t2 are detected on the basis of this signal A. In the term t1, a condenser 69 is charged, and in the term t2, the condenser 69 is discharged. The voltage of the condenser 69 shown by a wave form B is inputted into a comparator 77, and compared with a reference voltage Vt. When they agree, a current-supply starting signal to an ignition coil is issued, and the charge of the condenser 69 is short-circuited. A dotted line shows a high number of revolutions. Since the term t1 is made shorter than in the time of low revolution, the charging voltage of the condenser is reduced, and rapidly reaches to the reference voltage Vt. Consequently, the time of current supply to the ignition coil can be ensured even in the high number of revolutions. This construction permits to prevent the error caused by the uneven fitting of the signal coil. |
