摘要 PURPOSE:To pick up samples stably and continuously from a negative pressure part and to return the exhausted sample to a plant system by connecting the pipe, which is connected to the negative pressure part of a steam turbine power plant, to the pickup piping system provided with a sample recovery part whose pressure is further lower. CONSTITUTION:The vapor extracted from the turbine through a condenser 10 and an air extractor 17 is processed by an intermediate cooler 12, a low pressure side water supply heater 16 and the like in cascade mode, and recovered to the condenser 10. Drain containing most of insoluble solid materials flows into a drain pipe 19 which is connected to the heater 16 that forms a vacuum part whose pressure is negative with respect to the atomospheric pressure. A sample analyzer 22, which is connected to a drain pipe 24 of the extractor 17 whose pressure is further lower, is provided at a sample pick up pipe 20 which is connected with said pipe 19. The drain sample from the pipe 19 is picked up stably and continuously from the negative pressure part by the pressure difference regardless of a gaseous phase or a liquid phase. Furthermore, the exhausted sample from the device 22 concurrently flows into a drain pipe 18 by the pressure difference and is recovered to the condenser 10 in the plant system. Thus the excellent and positive sample pick up process is performed.
