PURPOSE:To perform automatic packing of the desired number of articles, by memorizing measured values, stocking the articles which have been measured at specified positions, performing computation based on the combination of the established number, and delivering the stocked articles based on the optimum combination. CONSTITUTION:The articles whose weights are in the allowable range of weights are conveyed to measuring devices 9 and 10 by plus and minus line conveyers 8 and 10. The measured values are stored in each stage of a shift registers. Thereafter the articles are conveyed by stock conveyers 12 and 13 and stocked. Then the computation of the memory contents in the stages of the shift registers corresponding to all the combinations based on the established number of packing is peformed. Thus the combination which is the nearest to the established weight is determined. Delivery devices 14 and 16 are controlled based on said combination, and the desired number of articles for packing are automatically delivered quickly and accurately by the conveyers 12 and 13. |
