Cutter for wooden sheets - has fault detectors to control cutter speed which equals sheet speed and with non uniform circular movement

The feed cuts sheet wood (1) whilst it moves in a straight line. It is not dragged or crushed by a cutter (2) under the control of a start and finish detector (3) for sheet faults. The cutter is held perpendicular to the sheet, and given a non uniform circular movement. During the whole of the cut, the speed of the cutter parallel to the sheet is equal to the sheet movement speed. The cutter can be moved transversely and perpendicularly. It is in a holder with sides perpendicular to the bed (5).
