PURPOSE:To eliminate error of recording, by erasing all of old information to rewrite said information together with the information which is to be rewritten, in the case when information on a medium is read out and new information is added thereto. CONSTITUTION:A head 29 reads the information recorded on a medium and the necessary information is stored at a processor 41. An erasing head 30 erases the information to be rewritten in an area recording rewritable information wherein said information has been recorded by the result of the process of the processor 41. Finally, a writing head 31 rewrite on the cleared medium, new information including the information read out by the head 29. |
