PURPOSE:To improve the feasibility for maintenance of a system by enabling to give a voice message of the information in memory to a custom engineer through a subscriber's telephone set so that he can diagnose the abnormity of the system before he starts for the post. CONSTITUTION:For an electronic computer system, a CPU2, a memory control circuit 3 and a control circuit for memory and interfaces 6 are provided, and this circuit 6 is connected to a memory access unit 8, in the voice memory section of which voice information is stored. The stored voice information is converted into a voice signal by a voice adaptor, and sent to a subscriber's telephone set by a push-button 17 through a network control unit 16. On the other hand, the information from the telephone set 17 is received by a line adaptor 14. This received information is applied to the unit 1 through an interface control adaptor 12 to have access to memory 4. Thereby the memory information is communicated to the custom engineer in a voice through the unit 8 and the unit 16 so that he may diagnose the abnormity of the system. |
