PURPOSE:To obtain a reference voltage stable against noises in a simple circuit configuration by inserting a CR circuit consisting of a resistor and capacity between the gate of an MOS transistor and an input terminal. CONSTITUTION:The gate of an MOS transistor (TR)1 is connected with a voltage terminal 4 for gate input to which a gate input voltage Vcc is applied through a resistor 6 of the resistance value of R, and at the same time, grounded through a condenser 7 of the capacity of C. Then, if a noise voltage takes place on the terminal 4 where the voltage Vcc is applied, when the frequency fn of the noise voltage is greater than 1/CR, the noise voltage being cut off by the CR circuit cannot be propagated up to the gate of the TR1. Therefore, even if the floating capacity of the reference voltage VR obtained on a terminal 5 is large and the CR time constant decided by the floating capacity taken place on the terminal 5 and a load element 2 is large, the reference voltage that is always stable against noises can be obtained. |
