PURPOSE:To attain parallel operation of input/output of picture information by executing the arbitrary sequence of a bus depending on the round robbin system or the like. CONSTITUTION:A write request signal is outputted to a PLD(C) from a PLD(A) based on the initial setting. Moreover, the access of a scanner 11 and a magnification/reduction circuit 13 is given as an access signal also to a PLD(E). The access mode is attained by an access REQ signal on an image bus 21 and the access to send the input data from the scanner 11 to a page memory 15 is executed and an access data is sent on the data line. In parallel with the operation above, since no PDI enable signal is given to the magnification/ reduction circuit 13, a write request PDWREQ is outputted to the PLD(A) from the magnification/reduction circuit 13 in response to the leading.
