PURPOSE:To improve S/N and realize easy automation by inserting hollow winding, which is previously wound and formed, into open magnet type transcore and then, a head core is connected. CONSTITUTION:A transcore 23 is joind to a top and stepped part 22 of an assembly base 21. A previously wound and prepared primary winding 27 and a secondary winding 28 are inserted into a groove 30 of the transcore 23 and adhered thereto. Each winding is respectively led out at lead out groove 29, 30. Surface of the open magnet 25 of the transcore 23 is closed by a ring form magnetic head core 34 which is formed from plate type magnetic substance 33a, 33b and adhered to the assembly base to form a sealingly joined trans former. One end of outgoing line of the primary winding 27 is connected to the other end of the primary winding after passing through a winding window 35 of the magnetic head core 34 and turn around the plate type magnetic substance 33a once to obtain a 1 turn head. |
