Medicinal adhesive sheet for treating cardiac diseases involving only slight irritation of the skin, which adhesive sheet is composed of an adhesive composition which is borne on its own underlay, with the adhesive composition containing, as essential constituent, a copolymer, which contains dodecyl methacrylate as the main monomer component, and a suitable quantity of nitroglycerin. The composition possesses excellent nitroglycerin-releasing properties and a good balance between adhesive strength and cohesive strength.
