PURPOSE:To replace a guide member very easily and efficiently by constituting a unit with a yoke member to which component members of a wire dot head other than a guide member which guides a part at the tip of wire and a component member. CONSTITUTION:First each of parallel pins 26 is inserted under pressure in each of holes 5d on a fin part 5a of a yoke 5 when a head is to be assembled. Then on the fin part 5a of the yoke 5, parts are positioned and mounted, starting with bobbins 8 and ending with spring washers 20, for assembly. Next, back covers 21 are placed on these parts, starting with the top. After this, the parallel pins 26 are inserted into holes 21d, and positioned. Then the back covers 21 are tightened and fixed by set screws 24 to the fin part 5d of the yoke 5 through screw holes 21c, 5c. Thus each number ranging from the bobbins 8 to the back covers 21 is assembled to the yoke 5, to constitute the unit. Finally a tip guide 1 is installed to a fixed body 2 on the unit to form a wire dot head. |
